Commision Terms

Thank you for your interest in my commissions! Just wanted to give you a few heads up on what you should expect when commissioning me and what I will and will not do, along with under what circumstances I will do it.

1. Delivery time & QualityUp front, It is worth mentioning that I am a full time student, and that a full commission may take me from 3 weeks to a month to deliver, also that I will complete one commission at a time, and I'll do my best to make my order of priorities depend on the time the commission was requested.Also know that I am not a professional by any means, but I believe myself to be good enough at this art to earn money from it, so if there's any issues, keep this in mind. by commissioning me you accept to attain to this list~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~3. Pricing Structure + Usage rightsI charge separately for the mesh, textures, and rigging based on their complexity. Hair particles are also offered at an extra price because this is a field I am not yet experienced in. This approach ensures flexibility, as not every project requires a fully rigged, animation-ready model. For instance, you may only need a static, untextured character for something like a D&D mini-figure. You can find more details regarding pricing in the Commission Types and Prices section.Additionally, I offer two optional charge changes:

  • Exclusivity Rights (-15% discount if waived): By default, commissioned models may be resold as paid assets on platforms like Sketchfab. If you waive exclusivity, you get a 25% discount, since I can make up the cost by reselling the model. However, if you want the model to be exclusive to you, the full price applies, and I will not resell or redistribute it. Basically if you allow resell, you get a discount.

  • Commercial Use Rights (15% additional charge): This option allows you to profit from the model by using it for products, games, or other revenue-generating purposes. This one is a charge of 15%, but doesn't mean you can resell the model as if it was yours.

These optional fees ensure fair compensation for my work while giving you control over how your commissioned model is used.The re-selling and re-distribution of my 3D models by themselves done by someone other than me is prohibited under any circumstances.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
4. Reference requirements
I will require of you an image reference of the character model desired in question, has to be full body, and preferably a front view in a T-pose. A back view may be required for any back accessories, extra textures like a logo at the back of the shirt, or even hair length specifics. A side view may also be required for things like specific standing poses such as a hunched back, snout shape, ear and tail shape and position, leg shape, etc. You may also give a hand example if necessary for hand details like small tattoos. Follow the example below.

If you want, alternatively you can commission me to make a reference sheet for you, at an additional price that is completely separate from the model itself and that will actually be charged before commissioning, of course. It will be something simple without much fancy details though. You can look into that in the commission prices linked above or in the header.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~5. File FormatI will deliver the models almost exclusively in .blend format. I do not offer Maya files, or any configurations for formats for videogames like FBX. The only exception I will make is for 3D printable models which will be delivered in whatever the preferred format is so long as it is available for blender's export features.I am willing to make VRM Vtuber models, but they will be the basic functions of them such as mouth and eye shapekeys, and bone physics, not custom shapekeys or toggling of objects or texture changes. Outside of this you will have to optimize yourself or get someone else to do.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~6. Portfolio UseBy commissioning me you allow me to use the finished 3D model for my portfolios unless requested otherwise~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~7. Progress StreamingBy commissioning me you allow me to stream the process of the creation of the 3D model on my own twitch channel unless requested otherwise~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~8. Right to Deny ServiceI reserve the right to refuse to work on any projects that I deem involves anything that may be on my "won't do" list or for any other reason.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~9. Client Updates & RevisionsI will give constant updates on the progress of the 3D model to the client, and will offer up to 5 free revisions if needed. Anything beyond that will incur a fee of $10 per significant revision.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~10. Payment MethodPayments will be done upon completion of the 3D model in question. You will not receive your 3D model unless I receive the required payment.I will only accept payment through Square payment links.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~11. Non-Payment ClauseIn the event you cancel the project after significant progress has been made or refuse to pay upon completion of the 3D model, you accept that I will be allowed to finish the model and make it available as a paid asset on platforms like Sketchfab at the price that would have been otherwise agreed upon minus the exclusivity right fee if there was any. This is as to maintain accountability and as to avoid loss on my part after the work has been done. This because I will not make an upfront fee because prices will depend on complexity of the model and any challenges I may have faced myself.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~12. No RefundsUsually payment is performed after the model has been finished. This being the case, I will accept no refunds upon completion and payment of the model. The only case a Refund will be given is if the client accepts a partial refund of what is the exclusivity right discount, in which 15% of the pay will be given back, and the 3D model will be published as a paid asset available for the public. You made me go through the trouble of making this model, you will have to be accountable for it.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~13. No holds or 50/50 paymentsI will not accept partial payments for my models.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~14. Costumer-made editsEdits made by you on the 3D model that fall under my "won't do" list will end in you being blacklisted~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~15. Please be patient and respectful with meif you don't respect me and my established boundaries, I may decline your commission. Extreme cases will end up in blacklisting~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~16. Let me know of a deadline if you have a deadlineIt will help me give priorities to certain works. Using my work for AI training and NFTs is prohibitedI do not consent for this, as AI is causing harm to the art community regarding employment and credibility, so I will not accept to create work for these purposes. 19. Contact info
In my commissions form I will ask for an E-mail you're comfortable with me using, most likely gmail. I plan to contact you through google chat, as I feel it is the biggest and most versatile way of contacting you, as I know most people have a gmail. I will not use your contact information for anything other than commission matters with you.

20. Acceptance of TermsBy commissioning me you automatically accept the terms of services established.

Commission Types and prices

As mentioned in the terms of service, my prices can be broken down into mesh, textures, rig, and the optional addition of particle hair.

Note that I do not offer particle hair simulation set up or cloth simulations, but I will offer simulations through wiggle bones.

Category

Model:What gives the model a shape. I offer low poly and mid poly models, all with a good enough topology for a good deformation

What gives the mesh its colors. I will offer mostly image texturing on unwrapped models, with low detail and mid detail, even an Arcane-ish style if desired

Rig:
What makes the model move. I have 3 here. Bare bones, specially good for VRMs and VRChat files. Simple, which is the basic controllers for the body without including hand bones or face bones. Lastly, advanced, which has fingers, face, and some other stuff.(It is worth mentioning that I don't rig the models manually. I use Blender's Rigify addon to make these rigs, but it still takes some time to set them up.)

Example

Hair Particles are offered as an extra addition to the model, which will not be optimized for simulating, and will still have a stylized appearance. It's price will range from $50 to $100 depending on complexity.Reference sheets will come at a base price of $30, and may go higher or lower depending on complexity.
